Server description
Cobblemon Horizon is an Australian-hosted Cobblemon server built for players who want a long-term Pokémon adventure with plenty to explore and work toward.
Travel through custom towns and cities, search for rare Pokémon, build your team, climb through the ranks, and take part in tournaments and community events. We also run seasonal content, crates, and rewards throughout the server. Our Horizon Cobblemon Modpack expands the experience with additional Pokémon content, new gameplay systems, building improvements, and multiplayer-focused optimizations.
