1. About the site

Find Minecraft Servers is an independent Minecraft server list where visitors can browse listings, copy connection details, and vote, while server owners or authorized representatives can submit and manage listings.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang, Microsoft, or Minecraft. All Minecraft-related intellectual property remains with its lawful owner.

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site. We may also update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Account, voting, and listing tools are available only to people legally capable of accepting these Terms.

Anyone younger than 13 is prohibited from registering, voting, adding a server, or sending us personal data. Minors must have permission from a parent or guardian where required by law.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, securing the email account used to sign in, and all activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

We may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts used for vote manipulation, abusive listings, security threats, or other violations of these Terms.

3. Server listings and submitted content

You may list a server only when you own it or have permission from its owner or operator. Listing information must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

Listings and uploaded media may not:

• impersonate another server, person, brand, or organization;
• contain false descriptions, tags, player information, banners, or links;
• include malware, phishing, scams, unsafe downloads, or instructions for unlawful activity;
• contain sexually explicit, hateful, threatening, harassing, or abusive material;
• provide or link to unlicensed copies of Minecraft, modified launchers, game files, software, or other protected works;
• use copyrighted material or trademarks without permission; or
• falsely imply an association with Find Minecraft Servers, Mojang, Microsoft, Minecraft, or another party.

We may edit categories or tags, resize or convert banners, request changes, reject a submission, deactivate an inactive listing, or remove content that is inaccurate, duplicated, unsafe, low quality, unlawful, or unsuitable for the site. Approval does not represent an endorsement or guarantee continued placement.

Your submissions remain yours. However, you authorize us, without charge and on a non-exclusive worldwide basis, to copy, keep, publish, reformat, resize, and otherwise handle them when reasonably necessary to run, moderate, secure, or promote the site. You confirm that you may lawfully give us that authorization.

4. Voting, rankings, and Votifier

Votes should represent genuine users. You may not buy, sell, automate, fabricate, or otherwise manipulate votes or rankings. This includes using bots, scripts, fake usernames, proxies, rotating IP addresses, or methods intended to bypass cooldowns or anti-abuse checks.

We may disregard or reverse suspicious votes, reset totals, disable voting, change rankings, deactivate listings, or suspend accounts based on logs, technical indicators, complaints, or other reasonably available evidence.

Rankings may take votes, featured status, activity, player counts, moderation history, listing quality, relevance, technical factors, or other signals into account. We may adjust ranking methods at any time.

Server owners who enable Votifier or a similar service are responsible for entering correct connection details and handling received vote data lawfully. Vote delivery is not guaranteed and may be limited or disabled when configuration errors, downtime, security concerns, abuse, or operational problems occur.

5. Featured placements

We may offer paid or unpaid featured, sponsored, or highlighted placements. Placement does not mean we endorse a server, and it does not guarantee traffic, votes, joins, revenue, uptime, safety, or any other result.

We may refuse, pause, change, or remove a placement that violates these Terms or creates risk for the site. Any additional payment, renewal, cancellation, or refund terms provided for a placement also apply.

6. Third-party servers and links

The Minecraft servers, websites, stores, Discord communities, downloads, and other services shown or linked on Find Minecraft Servers are operated by third parties.

We do not control their content, availability, security, privacy practices, purchases, moderation, or user behavior. Any decision to connect to a server, download something, buy from a server store, disclose information, or deal with an external community is yours.

7. Acceptable use and moderation

You may not:

• disrupt, damage, attack, probe, or test the site without permission;
• gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, databases, APIs, or administrative areas;
• evade rate limits, voting limits, CAPTCHA, Turnstile, or other protective measures;
• scrape, crawl, or extract substantial site data through automated means without written permission;
• republish or resell substantial portions of our database, layout, or original content to create a competing service;
• upload malware or send spam, phishing, threats, or abusive messages;
• impersonate, harass, defame, or deceive another person; or
• use the site in violation of applicable law.

We may investigate site activity and take action with or without prior notice. Actions may include editing or hiding content, changing tags, rejecting votes, deactivating listings, restricting accounts, blocking traffic, or permanently removing users or servers.

We are not required to monitor every listing or act the same way in every situation.

8. Intellectual property complaints

Except for user submissions and third-party materials, the site’s original design, code, text, graphics, features, database organization, and branding belong to us or our licensors.

To report content that you believe infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, email us with the content involved, where it appears, your contact information, a description of your rights, and why you believe the use is unauthorized. We may remove or restrict content while reviewing a complaint.

9. Availability and disclaimers

The site is offered in its present form and only while it is available. We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or error-free.

Listings are supplied partly by server owners and may become outdated or incorrect. We do not guarantee player counts, vote totals, descriptions, versions, server availability, Votifier delivery, or the quality or safety of any listed server.

Where the law allows, we exclude all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including implied assurances of merchantability, suitability for a specific use, ownership, non-infringement, dependability, and availability.

10. Limitation of liability and indemnification

Where legally permitted, neither Find Minecraft Servers nor its owners, operators, contractors, vendors, or affiliates are responsible for consequential, incidental, indirect, special, exemplary, or punitive losses.

This includes lost data, income, traffic, votes, rankings, players, reputation, or commercial opportunities connected with the site or a listed server.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold those parties harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your listing, submitted content, voting activity, related server services, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Termination and general terms

You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the site, its users, or another party may be at risk.

Provisions concerning submitted-content rights, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and disputes continue after access ends where their nature requires it.

If a provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision once does not waive the right to enforce it later.
