Minecraft Hardcore servers - Page 2

Hardcore servers take Minecraft's Hardcore mode and add other players to it. On these servers you get one life, and dying gets you banned. Some servers make this ban permanent, but most take a more reasonable approach and only temporarily ban players after death, usually for an hour but sometimes up to a week as it varies significantly from server to server.

When getting started on a Hardcore server it's important to remember that it's set to hard mode, so hostile mobs are stronger and running out of food can kill you. Like Anarchy servers, these servers also have PvP and griefing enabled, so it's best when starting off to avoid other players as much as possible.
